What is the estimated delivery time of domestic orders?

Once payment has cleared, I take packages to the post office within 1 to 3 business days. I will notify you once the item has been mailed and I will mark the item as shipped. Please be sure your mailing address is correct!

U.S. Buyers- Items will be shipped USPS using either Priority or First Class mail service which includes tracking. Please allow approximately 2-6 days for delivery.

Shipping rates vary based on weight and distance

What is the estimated delivery time of international orders?

Once payment has cleared, I take packages to the post office within 1 to 3 business days. I will notify you once the item has been mailed and I will mark the item as shipped. Please be sure your mailing address is correct!

International Buyers- Items will be shipped USPS using either First Class International or Priority International mail service which includes proof of mailing. Please allow 2-8 weeks for delivery. Check your tracking number and be sure to contact your local Customs department if your package needs to be claimed. Unclaimed packages can result in a delivery delay which I have no control over.

What if my package is delayed?

Please note: Shipping delays may occur globally due to holidays, weather conditions, security issues, etc. Stop the Clock cannot control such factors, however frustrating they may be. STC is not responsible for lost packages.

Please check with your local post office and/or customs department when delays occur using your tracking number.

If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address or due to customs fees not being paid, shipping charges are nonrefundable and additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please contact me for additional rates.

No refunds are given for unreturned packages.

Can you write "gift" on international customs forms?

Please note that Stop the Clock is not responsible for any unexpected delays or fees incurred by Customs. As an international buyer, you are responsible for all VAT, import fees and taxes imposed by your country. Stop the Clock Vintage is required by law to accurately declare the full value of all international orders on the relevant customs form and on the included packing slip.

Can I reserve items?

Unfortunately, I no longer reserve items. Payment is due at time of purchase. Thank you.

What are the refund policies and procedures?

If an item does not fit, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the package. Please be sure to notify me prior to making the return. You must mail the return item with a tracking number provided by the post office. Once I receive the returned item, the refund (minus shipping) will be issued via the method of payment. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. If an item is not returned in the same condition it was in when sold, your refund will be forfeited.

I do my best to ensure that all items are described accurately. ***However, if you find that an item has been grossly misrepresented, please contact me directly (rather than feedback) to work out a solution and/or refund. Thank you!

How do I determine proper fit?

Vintage sizes may not correlate with modern sizes. It is recommended that you know your own measurements (bust, waist, hip) and compare those to the item's listed measurements. It may also help to compare the listing's measurements to a similar item that you already own.

A note about purchasing vintage items...

All items in this shop are a minimum of 20 years old and have had previous owners. Vintage items are rarely in perfect condition.

Please be sure to read the item descriptions thoroughly, check measurements and look at all of the pictures closely (which you can zoom in on) then contact me with any questions/concerns prior to making a purchase.

Shipping is based on the item's weight and where the item is being shipped to. All items are carefully packaged and shipped using USPS with tracking and/or proof of mailing.
